As part of the communication strategy being undertaken by the Department of Education to inform all stakeholders of the changes to the curriculum for primary and special schools, a leaflet for parents and guardians has been developed in collaboration with the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA), the National Council for Special Education (NCSE) and the Professional Development for Teachers (PDST).
This leaflet is designed to introduce the changes that have and will occur and encourage parents and guardians to engage in future consultations on the draft curriculum areas and subjects that will take place.
