On the 4th of December, the North Dublin Muslim National School organised a “No Power Hour” between 11 and 12 o’clock. The day was a great success and they only used 4 units of electricity during the day. All the children completed an energy quiz and made windmills during the hour. Everyone wore yellow or orange into school for the day, to help brighten up the school for the day.
All the children made posters and put them around the school to try to remind children not to use electricity for the hour. Have a look at all the windmills the children made during the “No Power Hour”.
