As a part of continued CSL (Centre for School Leadership) training programme for mentors scheduled for 2018, a representative of the MPEB will participate in the panel discussion during a Shared Learning Day on May 2nd 2018. It is expected that the current cohort of 110 experienced school principals (mainly primary) training as mentors will be in the attendance.
The focus of the discussion will be on the importance of mentors encouraging their mentees (newly appointed principals) to make contact with their management bodies, union and professional associations if unsure about an aspect of procedure.
